NOTICE: First, Act 88 requires each county that receives grant funding to announce and post on its publicly accessible website no later than 12:01 a.m. on the day after Election Day, the unofficial number of absentee and mail-in ballots received was 5,646 ballots for the election by the 8:00 p.m. statutory deadline for voters to return their voted ballots.
