Buy a License:

This 5-year permit cost $6.00. The applicant must by 18 years of age or older, present a valid photo ID and possess a valid hunting, fishing, furtaking license or permit relating to hunting dogs.  Note:  A Sportsman’s Firearm Permit is NOT a License to Carry a firearm concealed.  If you have a License to Carry firearm, you do not need a Sportsman's Firearm Permit.
